Terms of Service — Heritage XI

1. General
By placing an order on heritagexi.com, you agree 
to these terms. Heritage XI is operated by 
Altazi LLC, New Mexico, USA.

2. Products
All jerseys are fan-inspired products, not 
officially licensed by FIFA, UEFA, or any 
football federation.

3. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. 
We accept credit cards only.

4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
Delivery takes 12-20 business days. Tracking 
is provided for every order.

5. Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 
Items must be unworn and unwashed. Customized 
jerseys are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Limitation of Liability
Heritage XI is not responsible for delays caused 
by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
