Return & Refund Policy — Heritage XI

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at contact@heritagexi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-returnable items Customized jerseys (with name and number printing) cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping costs Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label upon request.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at contact@heritagexi.com.
