Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard tracked shipping: 12-20 business days 
worldwide. During peak periods such as the 2026 
World Cup, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email 
within 3 business days of shipment.

Shipping Rates
France & Europe: €2.99 — Free on orders over €50
International: €2.99 — Free on orders over €50

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees 
depending on your country. These fees are the 
responsibility of the customer.
